During their first visit to a doctor's office, some patients experience apprehension because they don't know what to expect.  Here is what you can look forward to on your first visit to Horizon Chiropractic:

Paperwork

When you complete the "New Patient Entrance Form", we will have an excellent understanding of your past and current health situation.  This comprehensive form is made up of "Yes" and "No" questions, so it will go really fast.  But, more importantly, the information you provide is crucial for determining the best course of care. 

Consultation

Once you have completed your paperwork, you will meet with a doctor and discuss your health concerns.  Let's find out if you're a good candidate for chiropractic care!

Examination

Following the consultation, the doctor will perform a thorough chiropractic, orthopedic, physical and neurological examination.  The purpose of this examination is to locate the cause of your problem so we can design a treatment plan to help you.

X-Rays

When required, x-rays will be taken to get a closer look at the potential cause of your problem.  For your convenience, we have a complete x-ray facility on premises, so you do not have to be referred.

Finances

If you have any questions or concerns regarding clinic charges, please ask Dr. Hallum or Dr. Schaufler and we will be happy to assist you.
